  • Here user can see many stages added on task. That all stages works differently and send mail to the respected person.

  • Stock consumption sheet also available on task, that is the main part of this project, user can easily add product and booked quantity here.

  • You can see in image one product is added and booked quantity for that Product. Product Booked quantity is set 4 here.


  • You can see in the image for plywood product’s forecasted quantity is reduced by 4 automatically.
  • Mail Sent Stage-wise
    • When user change stage from Just Approved to Planned to Pickup system send mail to logistics head.
    • When user change stage from Job to be done on site to an item in the workshop system send mail to the operation’s team.
    • When user change stage from Job Assigned to  Job started system send mail to related Sale order’s salesperson.
    • When user change stage from  Job started to  50% job  completion system send  mail to related Sale order’s salesperson.
    • When user change stage from  50% job completion to the job completed system send mail to the customer.
    • In job completed stage display one button “Mark as Done ”.


  • When user press this button actual consumed quantity must be requires based on that it sets quantity balance on task and update also on hand quantity on the product.


  • You can see here actual consumed quantity is 3 and booked quantity is 4, so now the balance is Booked - actual consumed 1.

  • Here user can see auto calculate the product’s on hand quantity and forecasted quantity based on the actual consumed quantity of task’s stock consumption sheet.

  • When user change stage from a job completed to Item delivered at that time “Actual Consumed” quantity must be required otherwise system give warning.

  • And when item delivered system send mail to related Sale order’s salesperson.

  • User can configure different mail servers per user

  • User can specify email name for every server.

For Example

Email Name: ‘My Name’ and sending mail is demo@demo.com. When sent, it will show like this - “My Name demo@demo.com”.
