Odoo Apps Sales Refund Policy Terms

Within the initial two months of purchase, customers can make claims for refunds. Here's how the process works:

  1. Reach out to our dedicated channel for support with purchase receipt within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Within 15 days we will resolve the issues.
  3. If the issue meets certain criteria, you may be eligible for a refund, but you must agree not to use the app anymore and delete all copies.

You may get a refund if:

  • The app has an unresolved bug.
  • The app lacks a feature advertised on its page.
  • The app doesn't install correctly.
  • The app violates Vendor Apps Guidelines.
  • The app's license is incorrect.
  • The purchase was fraudulent.

You won't get a refund if:

  • You're asking for a new, unadvertised feature.
  • A bug was fixed promptly.
  • The app works but doesn't meet your specific needs.
  • Your database is hosted on Odoo online.
  • You bought the wrong version for your database.

Refund Method

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make order. 
  • For Purchase made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first. 

How Long the Refund Takes

  • If you are entitled to a refund then we will refund the price of your item. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of a cancelled order. and at the latest within 30 days of receipt.
