The heart of this system is the stock consumption sheet on the task which is available on task. Users can easily add products and booked quantity in Stock Consumption.

How We Did It
Challenge: Multiple User Mail Server
Configure different mail server as per user.
User can configure different mail servers per user. User can specify email name for every server.
For example - Email Name: ‘My Name’ and sending mail is email@example.com. When sent, it will show like this - “My Name firstname.lastname@example.org”.
Challenge: New Stage on Task
Add new stages on task to manage the flow.
Some new stages on task to manage the flow and send mail to the respective person.
Challenge: Automatic Mail Send
Automatic mail sends when the task's stage is changed.
Some new stages added on task. And based on that stages system send mail to the related user. From the pickup plan to till job completed system send mail and manage a product.
Challenge: Stock Consumption Sheet
“Stock consumption sheet” available on task user can set their products and booked quantity
Stock Consumption Sheet is the main part of this Odoo Customization.
User can easily add product and booked from Stock Consumption Sheet.
The product which is added from the Stock Consumption Sheet that Product's forecasted quantity is reduced automatically.
