Changes on the menu tab to Audit Planning, Reporting, Issues, And Actions Tracking, Audit Scheduling.
Change the name “Document” to “Archiving” from the top menu. This section only requires the name to be changed.
Under Audit Scheduling, the client wants to change the text ‘Tasks’ to ‘Task Assignment’.
Auto notification should be activated once a task is created and saved.
When a task is assigned to a user, a message should be sent to the email and messaging module (inbox).
Users can also use exception reporting in the issue tracking menu.
Annual Work Plan
Users can create Annual Work plan information as monthly and yearly and also fill in staff names and IDs form it. Also, take a printout from the print button.
