Experience:  

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development. 

Position: 03

Responsibility:

  • Custom Development: Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.
  • Integration: Integrate Odoo with other third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Module Implementation: Implement Odoo ERP modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) for clients.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues.
  • Code Review: Participate in code reviews, ensuring the quality and performance of the Odoo applications.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to Odoo customizations and integrations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Dedication: A strong commitment to your work, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Reliability: Demonstrated punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility in previous roles.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript. 
  • Odoo Framework: Strong understanding of Odoo’s ORM, workflow, and QWeb templating. 
  • Database: Experience with PostgreSQL database management. 
  • Web Technologies: Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and XML. 
  • Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git. 
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. 
  • Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
